๐Ÿ“Œ Key Concepts

โœฆ Objects are made of materials (wood, metal, plastic, glass, etc.)

โœฆ Lustrous = shiny surface (metals); Non-lustrous = dull surface

โœฆ Hard (diamond, iron) vs Soft (cotton, sponge)

โœฆ Transparent (glass), Translucent (oiled paper), Opaque (wood, metal)

โœฆ Soluble = dissolves in water (salt, sugar); Insoluble = doesn\'t dissolve (sand, oil)

โœฆ Conductors allow heat/electricity to pass; Insulators do not

โœฆ Same material can make different objects; same object can be made from different materials
